The World Food Forum (WFF) Youth Assembly is officially calling for Partner Organizations to co-organize the 2026 agenda. Led by the Youth Policy Board (YPB), this is a year-round commitment for youth-led groups to shape global agrifood policy.

If you lead a youth organization, university club, or NGO passionate about food systems, this is your chance to step onto the global stage. The WFF Youth Assembly has released its official 2026 Terms of Reference (ToR), inviting organizations to move from “attendees” to “co-organizers.”
This is not just a conference invitation; it is a partnership agreement to work directly with the WFF Secretariat and the Youth Policy Board for the entire calendar year.
2026 Priority Themes
For the 2026 cycle, the Youth Assembly will focus on 11 specific themes. To be selected, your organization must demonstrate “proven expertise” in at least one of these areas. Selected partners will engage in a maximum of two thematic processes.

Your Role as a Partner Organization
Based on the official Terms of Reference, this is an active working role. Selected partners are expected to:
- Co-Create Content: You will help design the interactive sessions and consultations.
- Provide Experts: Your organization will nominate speakers and moderators for the sessions.
- Mobilize Youth: You must use your social media and networks to bring young people to the table.
- Policy Integration: Support the WFF in presenting youth-led recommendations to intergovernmental decision-makers.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, your organization must meet the following strict requirements outlined in the ToR:
- Global Operational Scope: Preference is given to organizations that operate at a large scale.
- Proven Expertise: You must have a track record in agrifood systems, climate change, or development.
- Capacity: You must assign a “Contact Point” (one primary, one secondary) who can attend regular planning meetings throughout 2026.
- Values: Alignment with WFF values of integrity, responsibility, and collaboration.
